Did you have electricity as a child?

I never had electricity as a child. We had kerosene lanterns. People in town had electricity, but out on the farms the lines did not bring electricity until after the TVA built dams and then electricity was sent out to the rural areas. Edd and I always had electricity after we married in 1940.
